Working hours: Mon-Fri, three 9am to 8pm and two 12pm to 8pm shifts

Xyla Digital Therapies are looking to recruit for an EMDR/CBT Specialist Clinical Supervisor, who work to provide supervision to PWP’s, High Intensity Therapist within our clinical network. You will also support and oversee assessments, whilst observing the BABCP code of conduct.

Every day you will…

• Provide regular supervision and consultancy to the Clinical Network for all routine EMDR, CBT, Guided Self-Help and assessments where required.
• Ensure timely and appropriate supervision for all complex cases, formulation and therapy interventions.
• Provide training, support and supervision to EMDR, CBT Therapists and PWPs as required
• Participate in your own clinical supervision as provided by Xyla Digital Therapies.
• Record any SUIs and incidents of concern and ensure implementation of any lessons learned in a timely and detailed manner.
• Support the full implementation of Xyla Digital Therapies offerings.
• Work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for systematic governance of the clinical service and team, and to lead on policy reviews and implement policy changes within the clinical team and network.
• Provide groups and duty cover during unsociable hours which will be agreed with the Service Lead.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

• A recognised EMDR qualification with or working towards accreditation
• Proven experience working in IAPT
• Experience providing supervision to EMDR, CBT Therapists and PWPs within an IAPT service.
• Proven experience using IAPTus.
• Experience working with a wide variety of client groups.
