We are recruiting for a Workforce Scheduler as part of the Our Future Health project. The project is designed to help researchers tackle the growing burden of disease in the UK. You will be responsible for the ongoing management and delivery of high quality, patient centred, cost effective teams. You will manage the mobilisation and planning of workforces across multiple sites, ensuring that there are systems and processes in place for efficient deployment of our clinical workforce.

Every day you will…
- Define shift and resource plans, ensuring adequate coverage based on territory planning for Our Future Health.
- Report outstanding issues by function and raise outstanding issues at weekly review meetings.
- Maintain a continuous forecast for team availability.
- Build rapport with clinical staff working on site, providing latest information on contracts and being first point of contact for queries or concerns.
- Manage the timesheet process on a week-to-week basis and oversight of all payroll systems/processes.
