Digital marketing is a field which is constantly evolving and encompasses just about every aspect of a company's online presence. If you are passionate about digital marketing and scoping out new trends which could make a significant impact on business success- look no further!

Due to business growth, we are expanding our Marketing Team and we have an exciting job opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a flexible-remote working basis. You will be supporting one of our largest divisions and you will be the focal point between the divisional marketing specialists, central specialists and third party agencies. The core aim of this role is to drive growth, standardisation and best practice across all digital marketing activities.


Every day you will…

• Work closely with our recruitment/staffing brands within one of Acacium Group's largest divisions, where you will lead from the front on all digital marketing activities
  
• Develop actionable tasks from strategies across the business and will make suggestions for continued improvement and growth
• Support the division with increasing candidate attraction and with their B2B marketing activity
• Identify new ways to improve processes and best-practice delivery
• Work closely with the SEO Lead to develop and implement individual SEO strategies
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing teams on the development of optimised landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

• Substantial experience in Digital Marketing, previous experience of doing this in the recruitment industry would be an added bonus!
  
• Hands on experience in all areas of digital marketing, with a specialism in at least one of the following; paid marketing, SEO, social or content marketing
• Experience in building conversion focussed landing pages, updating and developing websites and using multiple CMs systems
• Proficiency in using the following software; SEM Rush, AHrefs, WordPress, Screaming Frog, Dotdigital, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hotjar, Hootsuite
• Experience in campaign planning, bringing together elements of the wider marketing mix (online and offline)
