Salary: €28,000 euro + monthly bonus (subject to meeting KPI's) + excellent company benefits

Working hours: Full Time - Permanent Position working Monday to Friday (Shifts between 8am and 5pm)

We have a unique to join our friendly and supportive team based in our new Dublin City Centre offices. Within this role you will be responsible for the full onboarding process of our nurses and HCA's looking to join our agency to meet the demands of our healthcare clients.

This is a varied role, where you will liaise directly with our HCA's and Nurses to identify their suitability to work for us, using your clinical knowledge and expertise!

Everyday you will be:

• Conducting interviews with HCA's and Nurses using your own clinical judgement to assess their applications

• Carrying out all administrative tasks related to the onboarding of applicants

• Making outbound and taking inbound telephone calls with applicants who are going through the recruitment journey.

• Checking all documentary evidence as provided by applicants, ensuring that they meet our compliance requirements, reference checking, skills checks etc

• Processing nurse checks, and managing your own caseload of applicants supporting them through the onboarding process from start to finish

• Supporting the team through sharing your clinical knowledge and expertise

• Must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC or NMBI

• Ability to use IT software and pick up new systems

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Be able to work as part of a team, while also being able to work on your own initiative

• Able to work confidently in a fast paced working environment, with the ability to meet deadlines
