As our Head of Acute Services you will lead the service delivery department in overseeing all acute insourcing clinical operations activity using a variety of different methods. Your role will see you utilising your leadership skills and extensive clinical management experience to ensure your team are meeting the highest clinical and operational standards, allowing patients to ultimately get the best possible standard of care.

Everyday you will...

• Review contract performance data to identify high-potential and high-risk clients, to ensure proactive and creative marketing and business development activities
  
• Ensure there are effective strategies for ongoing engagement with clients to monitor performance against operational KPIs, meetings and client satisfaction
• Ensure all Service Delivery functions support the overall Xyla Elective Care strategy and objectives, and continual service improvement is embedded through compliance with the internal clinical and governance frameworks
• Lead the development of strong, long-lasting relationships with acute NHS trusts
• Work collaboratively with the SMT to leverage expertise as required to deliver expert services that exceed customer’s expectations and drive deeper engagement and results

To thrive in this role, you must have:-

• Previous leadership experience across acute clinical operations/service management, preferably with clinical insourcing background
• Previous NHS experience
• A proven track record of establishing credibility and relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
• A proven track record of managing healthcare services with a strong focus on quality management and clinical governance
