We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager to manage the Reward function in the UK & Ireland for the group.
As the Reward Manager at Acacium you will be part of the People team, playing a key role in the design and delivery of the Group’s reward and recognition policies. To ensure compliance, accuracy and engagement with all elements of Reward.
Every day you will…
- Manage the Benefits scheme providers in the UK and ROI.
- Manage the annual benefits renewal cycle with the Head of Reward.
- Work with the Finance teams to ensure accurate reconciliation of benefit invoices.
- Research and launch new benefits where required.
- Continually increase engagement with the benefits platform through promotional activity and the delivery of the Reward Welcome sessions for new joiners.
- Manage the Pension schemes in the UK and ROI and ensure compliance.
- Management of the annual bonus process from invitation to payment, working with the finance teams, shared services centre and partnering teams.
- To work with our People Shared Services Centre to deliver the annual salary review cycle.
- Maintain the Real Living Wage position, ensuring all salaries remain at or above and communicating changes to the business.
- To manage the recognition schemes including Long Service Awards, Honours Awards and Reward Manager. Ensure accurate reporting for Finance and to keep a tight control of budgets.
- Support with the organisation of recognition events.
