As an Internal Recruiter you will..

• Engage with internal and external customers on a daily basis with the aim of building lost lasting relationships and driving continuous improvement throughout the full hiring process 
• Use various methods to source new talent for the organisation and engage with people from a variety of backgrounds, whilst providing them with a first-class customer service experience
• Guide and support candidates through their recruitment journey by offering a true partnership approach
• Be an ambassador for Acacium Group and over 20 individual brands by demonstrating the exciting opportunities and development we can offer
  
• Be part of a growing team at the heart of the business who put people at the heart of everything they do

What will help you succeed as a  Internal Recruiter?

• Previous experience in either recruitment or sales is essential
• Being self-motivated, target driven and a passion for working with people
• Great conversational skills and the ability to persuade and influence
