Salary: £52,000-£55,000 DOE + 10% annual bonus + £3,000 car allowance

We have an exciting new opportunity to become the lead for echo quality across the business; performing audits, writing reports and delivering feedback. Your role will see you employ continuous improvement methodologies to ensure our service are safe and evidence based. You will also be working collaboratively with our customers & the Xyla Elective Care Operations Team to ensure that service needs are met and that patients are put at the heart of everything we do.

Your role will entail...

• Leading the auditing of echocardiography work nationally across all sites where services are run under the provider’s CQC registration
• Meeting customer service leads as required to discuss clinical findings
• Working closely with the Training and Development lead to identify areas for improvement and to support training plans
• Supporting clinical operations with their management of complaints/incidents, reporting, actions & recommendations, also taking a proactive approach to minimising clinical risk to patients
• Scanning and reporting echoes to BSE standards

To thrive in this role, you must have...

• BSc in Clinical Physiology (or equivalent)
• BSE or EACVI Accreditation
• Experience of audit and quality management
• 5 years post accreditation experience
