Xyla Health and Wellbeing are looking for a positive and passionate Engagement Officer to engage and collaborate with GP practises and other referrers, creating more awareness and increasing participation in the National Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP).
Your role will see you supporting practices in increasing referrals and recording the outcomes, targeting engagement for higher-risk cohorts and engaging in local promotion events to be a representative of our brand.
